USING THE APPLICATION

You can delete your user account directly in the Rollet app from your Profile.

If you need help or would prefer to request the deletion by email, you can also contact Rollet support at [email protected]. In your message, include the email address connected to your Rollet account so the support team can identify your profile.

Thank you for using Rollet! If you received a coupon, you can validate it in the Rollet app.

Open your Profile, go to the Coupons section, then choose Validate Coupon. You can enter the coupon code manually or scan the QR code if one was provided.

Currently, monthly invoicing is not available. Parking payments are handled individually, and invoices or receipts are issued according to the parking sessions and the billing details provided in the app.

Yes. Rollet sends receipts by default, but if you need a VAT invoice, you can add your billing details in the app.

Go to Profile / Billing address and enter your invoicing details. After that, your VAT invoice can be issued based on the information provided in your profile.

The deposit helps Rollet provide a fast and seamless drive-through parking experience, without making you wait for bank card transaction processing at the exit.

A HUF 1900 amount is blocked as a deposit. If your parking fee exceeds this amount, another HUF 1900 segment may be blocked. When you leave the parking lot, only the exact final parking fee is charged, and any remaining blocked amount is released. If you cancel your Rollet account, the deposit is refunded.

Payment is handled automatically through the Rollet app using the bank card registered in your profile. Rollet and the parking facility operators do not have access to your credit card or bank account details.

When you enter a Rollet-enabled parking facility, parking starts automatically after your vehicle is identified. When you leave, Rollet identifies your vehicle again, stops the parking session, and charges the exact parking fee according to the official rates of the parking facility. Using Rollet itself is free of charge.
